Terms and Conditions of Reservation

Upon receipt of a reservation, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. Within a 1 day you will receive the final reservation confirmation. 25% of the total amount must be paid within 2 weeks of the final booking confirmation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival. For reservations made within 4 weeks of arrival, the total amount due must be paid at the same time as the reservation. Any deposit will be refunded to your account within one week of departure after deduction of any damages. If payment terms are exceeded, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Cancelation

A. Within 14 days of the date of the reservation confirmation, the reservation may be cancelled without charge, except for reservations made within 28 days of arrival.
B. In case of cancellation between 14 days after the date of the reservation confirmation and 3 months before arrival, 15% of the total rent will be charged.
C. Cancellations between 3 months before arrival and 2 months before arrival will be charged 50% of the total rent.
D. Cancellations between 2 months before arrival and 1 month before arrival will be charged 75% of the total rent.
D. Cancellations between 1 month before arrival and the day of arrival will be charged 90% of the total rent.
E. In case of cancellation on the day of arrival, earlier departure or later arrival than booked there will be no refund of payments made.

Short-term Cancellation Insurance

You have planned a wonderful vacation. Then a cancellation insurance should not be missing. Because it may happen that a booked holiday cannot take place or that you have to return home halfway through your holiday, for example due to a serious illness. A cancellation insurance from RecreatieVerzekeringen.nl is ideal. Because this applies not only before departure, but also during your holiday.

Privacy Statement

Personal data is carefully processed and secured by us. In doing so, we adhere to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Camping Zwinderen is the data controller of the website. Because our data processing operations fall within the statutory exemption regulations, they have not been reported to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (CBP). In this privacy statement we explain what personal data we collect and use and for what purposes.

Newsletter

The newsletter subscriber database is not provided to third parties.

Clicking behavior and visit data

General visit data is maintained on the website. In this context, in particular the IP address of your computer, any user name, the time of request and the data that a visitor’s browser sends may be recorded and used for statistical analyses of visit and click behavior on the website.
